Our optional shipping protection is a service that you can take out to cover you in the case that your package goes missing or is damaged during shipping.
For a flat rate we will replace or refund the full amount paid for your items and shipping costs (if any).
What is covered:
Damaged goods (Only during shipment)
What is not covered:
Incorrect or incomplete postal addresses
Damage to goods after they have been delivered
Damage to the external package but without any visible damage to the goods
Delayed delivery (under the minimum terms below).
To claim your order must have not been delivered within the following timeframe:
Domestic US Shipments - 20 working days after shipment date
International Shipments - 40 working days after shipment date
To make sure a claim can be smoothly and efficiently processed please email us at [email protected] from the email address you ordered from and in the subject line of the email include “Shipping Claim” and make sure to add your full name and your Clickbank order number in the email body.
If your package is delivered at any time after a claim has been processed and refund or replacement has been sent then you are obliged to return the received package to us (at your expense). Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
