Continental United States: 5-7 business days
International: 10-14 business days

All of our orders are shipped with UPS or Fedex (in partnership with USPS for the final leg of US orders).

Orders should be shipped out next working day*. Any orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday should be shipped on Monday*, excluding all US postal holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification along with your tracking link to locate and track the status of your order in transit the day after your item has shipped.

If the delivery is refused or the delivery address is incorrect we will refund you, less our associated costs, once it has been received back in our fulfillment center.

If the carrier shows the order as delivered and subsequently the package goes missing then the responsibility lies with the purchaser to investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items stolen once they have been marked as delivered. Please make sure you have a safe and secure location to receive the package as there is no requirement to sign for it.

Return of Physical Items

In order to obtain your refund you must return ALL bottles be they empty, full or partially full (and including any "bonus" or "free" bottles as part of your order). Refunds will only be given on any unopened, sealed bottles. An exception to this is for one single bottle which will be refunded regardless if partially full or empty. Please send back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below. It needs to be received within sixty (60) days of the date you originally purchased along with a written or printed note - inside the package - with the following information clearly written:

1. Your ClickBank Order ID
2. Your Full Name, and Full Address where the shipment was received
3. Your Email Address and Phone Number
4. Your original packing slip (if available)

In order for your refund to be processed successfully the products must arrive at our fulfillment facility within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Failure to include all the bottles purchased, be they empty, full or partially full (including any "bonus", "free" or "gifted" bottles), or failure to clearly write your order details as specified above so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and allocate your return may both result in our inability to issue a refund. The buyer will pay for return shipping at all times.

Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account/card and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

International Orders

Due to the high expense and risk of shipping to countries outside of the US we do charge shipping fees and we DO NOT refund shipping fees at any time. However, you will get a full refund on the price of all the opened bottles purchased (as long as they are returned to us with the same terms mentioned above).

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered.
